Overview
Vorbi̊hù Se was founded durring the early 12th century in spring of the year 1143, by Caw̋chī Mpf̄ 'Mango Hamsy' Cúńnvó̄ Joīkī̌ Cawmb Waiē̼ā. The establishment of the new community went well, with no major obsticles durring construction.
Vorbi̊hù Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Vorbi̊hù Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Vorbi̊hù Se is buildings are located arround a single broad cobblestone mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. Vorbi̊hù Se's frontieer-style defences are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
Vorbi̊hù Se has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Vorbi̊hù Se ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. Even with that as it is, everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or much of both. The town should be gone, not dying. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable.

Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Vorbi̊hù Se. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Vorbi̊hù Se a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Vorbi̊hù Se's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by their massive, monolithic and 'blocky' appearance with a rigid geometric style. It was best known for its rough, unfinished surfaces, unusual shapes, heavy-looking materials, straight lines, and small windows. Modular elements were often used to form masses representing specific functional zones, grouped into a unified whole.
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is skipped in Vorbi̊hù Se.
Vorbi̊hù Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves line dance to channel Transmutation energies of tier 3 via oratory performances.
